I guess I'm in the minority but I've never really liked this flick. I dunno, maybe it's because it came out a year after The Rock and I've somehow been perma disappointed in how it stacks up but I have always thought it should be way better for who all is in it.

I remember seeing this in the theater and thinking the very same thing. I could see it being a legal issue for Poe, but since it was self-defense I couldn't see him getting 5 to 10 years in regular prison.
