If it was a TIA, it's not uncommon to be sent home the same day with no restrictions on normal activities. And I'm not saying it was, I have no information one way or the other. Just that you don't necessarily get a hospital stay or bed rest when something like that happens.

This. Also not saying it happened BUT if it did this could explain it.
