minor detail, but if you are cutting the cord and will watch tv 100% from media boxes, don't get a fire stick(or roku stick for that matter), spend the extra money to get the regular sized boxes. i have 2 main tv's with roku 3, and a third tv i barely use has a roku stick and fire stick(both of which i got on sale) and i would rave rather spent double the $$$ to get a roku 3 or regular fire tv.

Since you will be wiring the house for ethernet, you should plan on having your media boxes connect to the internet via ethernet rather than wifi, none of the stick devices have ethernet.
