I do it all the time for breakfast or light lunch

lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, red pepper or cayenne and s&p.

I am seeing that a lot of people like to top with a soft boiled egg. This just sounds heavenly. Also seeing recipes that top the bread with some type of aioli before adding the avocado.
