I had headaches all the time as a child (never do anymore) and played soccer from the time I was 4 or 5 until 15 or so. I have no doubt that it had something to do with it.

That's a bit anecdotal, isn't it? I've played soccer all my life and have never had headaches, aside from when getting sick. And let me tell you, I headed the ball a ton, at all stages. I have no doubt that heading had nothing to do with causing headaches.
