State and Ole Miss really don't run a similar offense. Bama hasn't had much trouble defending states offense since Mullen got there, but our own offense does tend to come out flat in this game. State's offense was abused by Alabama a year ago and that was with a good running back.

State is good enough to beat Alabama if Alabama doesn't come in ready to play

its a late in the season road conference game, it will be close

i see it being a one score game entering the 4th but Bama wearing them down and winning a 31-20 type of game

Well this is nothing like one of Mullen's past offenses.

And it's not like a good running back would do them any good anyway. They're going to pass the ball 80% of the time. That's probably the way to beat Alabama this year.
