You are writing this as though you think suppressors make it harder to shoot at long range (at least that is how it sounds, correct me if that was not your intent). Anyways. Shooting suppressed helps if anything (more velocity, helps reduce flinch, less recoil).

I have a 6.8 and its suppressed. I could hit a nickel at 100yds easily.

At 400 yds I think the drop is pretty severe but really haven't looked that closely. My son used it last week for youth opening day. Didn't get a shot on on though.

I really, really want a 6.5 creedmore. It will be in the AR-10 platform though.

I'm by no means an expert. That's a long ways to shoot at a deer with a suppressor.
