Something happened to my previous post. Going on a cruise Thursday, will carnival have CBS? Will I be able to catch the game?

Why don't you call them and ask?

TV in the rooms carry the very basic channels...look for a sports type bar on the ship...I was on The Valor the week of the Florida game, which was not on the room TV (I believe ESPN carried the game), but it was playing in one of the bars.

last year I watched the College Football Playoffs onboard. I can't remember what network it was on but they also put the NFL playoffs on so I think you are ok (at the bar)

So you just became an LSU fan since you scheduled the cruise? I bet you got married during a big home game too.

I went on the carnival dream a year or two ago and I think they had a espn sports bar or something like that. I would call and ask.

Yes, unless there's a satellite issue, your in-room tv will carry CBS. The sports bar will also have the game.

Unless you booked this cruise in the 90's, you don't deserve to watch this game.

Yes the sports bar will have it. If you are on Elation, try the bar by the comedy lounge on the back of the ship or the bar by the pool on lido that sells cigars.

Both of these played the LSU and Saints games on past trips this season. I don't think you will have CBS in the rooms.

i know on the dream there are TV's in your room, and in the casino bar. My brother has told me he's watched an LSU game on the lido deck screen too which would be awesome.
Since you're leaving Thursday I'm guessing you're going on the Elation. I would check their deck plans, if there's a bar with TV's they will be able to get it. I honestly think you should be able to get it in your room too.

have them put it up on the big screen on the top deck. thats what we did for the LSU Oregon game. It was a pretty awesome way to watch the game.

I hope you can pick up nothing but Portuguese language soccer for scheduling such a thing Bama week... plus that ULL team flag and "dallas".

Hate to state the obvious... you're doing it all wrong.

Not sure what ship you are going on but I was on one in April and they had the LSU baseball game on at the bar right outside of the casino
