Does the name have any bearing maybe with the Dolphins job? You have to think he will get another shot as a HC at some point. He seems to me as more of a pro guy instead of college.

He's working wonders at Carolina with nothing but shite to work with.

Why not?

Dude was shite. shite shitty shite. Had one good year and that was because the defense was absolutely ungodly. Some of the losses in the first year were dumbfounding. Blew a 21 point lead late and lost to Arkansas. Lost to UT in 5 OT because we couldn't stop a 4th and 20 something. Lost to fricking Hawaii.

Offense was completely useless in 2004 after Croyle's injury. Which should have never happened. Dude was in up 31-0 in the 3rd against Western Carolina. Though that isn't as bad as having Prothro's career end running a deep route to the end zone up 31-3 in the 4th quarter against Florida.

2006 the dude had ample chances to win games against decent teams and lost every fricking one. Oh and he lost at home to a Moo State team that went 3-9 or some shite.

Dude was just bad. Not Dooley bad or Muschamp bad, but he was fricking bad.

What? If he hadn't left Prothro in during garbage time, he would have had a heisman winner and possible championship team. That was his chance, if nothing else.

He got a fair shake. If he had met with Mal More like he said he would he would been able to work thru the problems on the team.
His dad got in on advising him to miss the meeting. Mal offered him a way to keep his job but he blew him off.

Kiffin took over a team with sanctions at 35 and was fired with a better record than Shula if you want to talk about not getting a fair shake.

thats true but would you rather want the guy behind the panther's offense or the guy behind your offense as your next HC?

Kiffin's a dick.

Shula did a solid job at Alabama IMO. The problem is, solid isn't good enough there. Plus, you take Saban if you have the chance.

Prothro wasn't taking Bush's Heisman and Bama wouldn't have beaten USC or Texas.

Yeah, Texas and USC were better teams that year for sure. Although Bama's defense was very solid that year. Horrible O-line though and offense was just awful

You could hire a blow up doll to be the OC for Cam Newton and it would achieve the same results.

Protho was never going to win the Heisman and had we gone undefeated, we would've been left out, just like Auburn the year before..

Shula was an awful coach. He's not suited for college. He spent 19 hours in Tebow's house. He couldn't read the writing on the wall.

Also when Shula was fired, he hid from Mal Moore for a week because he was such a scared little bitch.
