This is where it's mind-numbing from both sides. I can't stand some liberal trying to force a smart car on me and thinking I'm evil for having an SUV. But the redneck hick who has no use for an F250, yet drives one because his dick's too small to drive a sensible car annoys me just as much.

I bought a 4x4 truck out of college. When I was looking for a new car, realized I didn't really utilize the truck much and had an SUV to tow things. I now drive a car to commute. I have had relatives and coworkers poke fun that I'm a man in a car .

I'm of the opinion that if there's not a decent reason to produce a carbon footpit, cut back and be nice to the environment. But also, don't request that someone change their lifestyle for "iffy" science at best.
