I find these threads involving regular Joe message board poster and 20/20 hindsight to let everyone know how easy college football clock management would be if he is on the field and in the middle of pandimonium while trying to manage everything that is needed in a matter of a few seconds, quite hilarious.

Bravo, OP.

I bet clock management has to be one of the easiest jobs in the country.

The NFL guys rarely screw it up, so that shows it can be done in stressful situations.

I've long said that Les and other college coaches should have a 13 year old kid listen to the TV broadcast on headphones and tug his sleeve to let him know when they are screaming that a time out is needed,

It's not that hard, seriously. It's not some innate gift to understand basic game and clock situations. It's a fundamental part of a coaches job.

And I find your general position on these kinds of topics whenever they are brought up, that football coaches(especially Les Miles) are basically all Gods that never screw up and should never be questioned, extremely hilarious.
