I can see the head coach being a derp, but where are the assistants and coordinators on this stuff correcting the mismanagement?

Exactly, that makes it even more amazing. It's not one man there are over 100 people between players and assistants on the sideline who should be screaming or yelling or pointing out wtf is happening.

Yeah, as corporate as college football has become this seems like a no-brainer.
