A friend of mine wears his pair of MVPants every year on special occasions and gets nothing but great comments and pictures with LSU fans and even other SEC fans when we play 'em. He says the guy who started them is a TN grad but lives and does the company out of Nola. I really want to get a pair but want to do purple pants with the gold/white stripes. They only make the yellow pants for LSU.
Someone point me in the direction I need that will land me a nice looking pair of purple pants. The picture I have in my head tells me that it would be possible to make a good looking pair in purple. I am open to any and all brands. Ready to show up in Tuscaloosa next weekend looking like a boss!

tried to buy them last year. they apparently aren't making them, so i went with the gold dockers instead.
i'll be the guy in Tuscaloosa with the Leonard jersey and the gold pants (minus the strips down the side).

I have asked him, he only knows from being told about em when the company started up two or three years ago. And if you visit their page MVPants.com they still only have the yellow pair. I've done my share of searching online for a nice looking pair and I've seen plenty that just don't look good. I'm just hoping maybe someone here can enlighten me.
Trust me, seeing this yellow pair in person when worn with a fine looking pair of boots and a tucked in polo or button up just sets it off.

Yeah I have heard they are hard to come by now. My buddy got his pair right after they started up. But to this day we literally can't make it to our tailgate or walk around away games without stopping every five minutes from the comments people make to him. It's annoying and awesome at the same time. I have only seen maybe one other person wearing a pair in the last three seasons and that's why I really don't want to do the yellow also. I'd like to keep his pair unique to himself as well as every one else.

What size do you wear? I have a pair. They are very well made, and I like them. However, I bought mine right before I had a pretty significant weight loss, so they're too big for me now.

I don't know about this "sport style" type of pants, but Manuel Martinez in Baton Rouge will probably make them for you in Purple.
