Robinson Bros can go suck a dick. If it ever burns I'll be the first one there with marshmallows.
My 1 year old POS F150 spent 6 weeks in their shop to have the engine rebuilt. Was told on a Friday that it would be ready on Monday so booked a flight to BR to pick it up (I had moved 1000 miles away while it was in the shop). Flew in Sunday, spent most of Monday working and hanging with family. Called Monday afternoon to check on it since I hadn't heard from them and got "oh, we've been trying to reach you..." They hadn't even started on it. They pulled the motor out but hadn't started to fix it.
After 2 days of fighting with them and Ford corporate, I had them throw the engine in the bed, had a wrecker pick it up and towed it to a chevy dealer. Traded the POS in without a motor.

Yikes. I hope you put that info on blast. That's just ridiculous.
Apparently Ford corporate offices didn't give much concern. That's pretty bad right there.

Well, I've traded one in while it was on the service rack for a new axle, so you you've got me beat.

we had a VERY similar experience with them. Truck needed a new tranny with less than 6k miles on it and they dicked around with it for a few weeks before we demanded a new one or a lawsuit. Brand new 2015 shouldn't be having issues like we had with that navigator. frick Lincoln and frick Robinson
