Fournette himself came up with that nickname apparently. But I don't think it's a personal nickname as much as it is a slogan of sorts. The term itself is a shortened version of the phrase "Buga No Suga" which Fournette says means "Real not Fake". LINK
Therefore I'm guessing Buga means "Real". Fournette's close friend and former teammate Jermaine Roberts also uses the term Buga frequently, which also gives evidence to it not being Fournette's personal nickname (Robert's twitter handle is @Buga_2).
