My friend bought a bunch of stuff from them and had a delivery date set. Got a call a few days before delivery saying one item was priced wrong and he would need to pay an extra $200 or so. He refused and said they couldn't change the price after and it was their mistake, not his. They refused to budge and then started telling him they would not deliver the furniture or something ridiculous. He ended up canceling his entire order with them. Horrible customer service that cost them a bunch of money because they made a mistake and wouldn't just let it go.
