You know, feel like you are getting a call or text but you pull out your phone to check and nothing happening.

About two years ago there was a big deal made about this. Thought I remember it being linked to nerve damage or something.

Yes. Happens episodically for a few weeks at a time. I notice it flares up if I start jogging, but I have a slight L5-S1 herniation and suspect it has something to do with that.

this feeling intensifies if you are expecting a call or text

all the time. Generally the phone isn't in my pocket but i always have a message when it does happen. Nerves in your leg reacting with your phone over time. Pretty common per the internets

Yes constantly but I don't get sad I get excited when I see that it isn't work.

Yep. Happens to me all the time. Thought it was just my own little slice of psychosis.

Yeah but most of the time it's an email

When the waves travel to your phone they intensify slightly when you're getting a call or message. Your nerves learn more to recognize these electronic signals over time.

Yep.
What did people do before cell phones when they felt it?!!
Or did they even feel it?
It freaks me out

All freaking day long. I keep my phone in my shirt pocket at work. Seems to happen more often than when I have it in my pants pocket.

Often. Especially when on the trolling motor and my phone is in the boats glove compartment.

All the time!
I also hate when I am listening to music while driving and I think I am hear my phone ringing.

It could actually be vibrating. My phone phantom vibrates where it'll vibrate but I have no new text or email or anything. My phone is probably vibrating because of an app.
