Reading that thread it sounds like people were reserving spots with blinds on public land and then trying to enforce it as "their" land by threatening him. Maybe dguidry is a douche bag, I don't know him, but anyone trying to claim public land for their own is a douche bag in my opinion.

I have zero fricks to give for how long you've been hunting somewhere on public land, or whether you built a blind there or what. Public land is public and hunting every morning is first come first served.

I bet u won't say that at the boat launch on Catahula lake. If you do you will need four new tires and possibly a windshield when u get back.. People on that lake are like family they may squabble between themselves some but you let an outsider mess with someone and they will all turn on you!
