Yes indeed that's what I'm talking about, that's the Monroe I know... Enoch's is a good watering hole with a decent crowd. Ouachita River gets very pretty heading south out of Monroe towards columbia, and north towards Arkansas. Do some exploring on yaks or a pontoon boat, put on some good music, light up and make the most of it!

I like Enoch's but I am so use to Uber i cannot drink and drive anymore.
been nearly 4 months and spent 3 weekends here. I need to give the city a better chance
