The one on the left appears to be a Model 228F, the one on the right is probably a Model 242.

One of these days I'll have to get a Coleman kerosene lantern. I'm old enough to remember when all the gas stations and Mom and Pop grocery stores around town had kerosene dispensers.

I picked up an old 228F the same time I got this stove. However, the chimney on it is not in very good shape, will probably have to replace it. It was only $12, so a few more dollars spent on it and I should have another decent lantern to use.

I have a few old ones from back in the early 50's. I'm like Cgrand, screw a mantle.

The one on the right is actually a 249. The other is a 228j.
