Spurrier had a great stretch for a string of years during the 90's. Snyder put K-State on the map, sustained success, resurrected it after he came back and is still putting together impressive seasons despite being picked near the bottom each year in the Big 12.

I'd argue his resume is stronger because he didn't have near the talent Spurrier had at UF.

LOL at reference to resurrecting by Snyder with no acknowledgement of Spurrier's resurrection of UF. He was THE most sought after coach at the time he left UF.

I have no comment on the OP, but I think this is a shitty way to evaluate a guys career versus someone else.

Recruiting talent is part of the job description
