You are not understanding. I will try one last time. You cannot have two people in motion. The play called for Trey to go in motion. The FB moved first, Trey was the second to go in motion, so even though he ran the play correctly the call is called on him because only one player can be in motion,

So basically what Mr. Quinn is saying (without really saying it)....It's Mouton's fault and not Trey's fault..there you go, I said it for you.
