The most likely are as follows (no particular order): Hot blonde, Sasha, Abe, or Deanna.
Deanna would be a good one which would force the Alexandria crew into making a decision on who to follow and what to do with themselves. Id say hot blonde is most likely.
I think Rick (probably wont ever die), Michonne, Morgan, Glenn, Carl, Carol, and Maggie(for now) are safe.

She's going to save the people still at Alexandria because she knows how to use weapons, then end up taking a round in the stomach or something that kills her.
