We need lb's badly on defense and special teams, guys need to be lineing up. We need to get roach and harris along with the other guys

No earthly way we offer roach and Harris. If we do than we lost out on all of our big targets. They would be in this class if we were taking 8 lb but unfortunately we are not.

I'm generally not big on Juco recruits, but going after a top Juco lb wouldn't be a bad idea, especially if K. Beck bolts after this year (which I'd be surprised if he stayed), leaving the cupboard bare. I don't care if he get 5 stud lb's, it's very difficult for true freshmen to start at lb in the SEC

Yea lb depth worries me we are struggling this yr on defense bc of it, and need a big class that's why I don't understand why we don't go after roach and harris just for depth purpose

Because there are 5* lineman and top 100 players that will fill those voids. We have like 10 spots left do you want to fill them with borderline sec guys or players who are top 5 at their position?

Most have a said on here harris is sec material and roach is a Beckwith clone maybe not as Athletic

We need to add them, people have posted on here that they are sec material, I'm saying don't go after the other top lb, but we need depth

I wouldn't mind Harris but there is no possible way the staff takes both guys. Again, if they do, there will be a highly disappointing LB class this year. Before you get your panties in a wad about these 2 players go look at who we are recruiting at the position.
Michael divinity, Jeffrey mcculouch, Rashaun smith, Keion Joyner (maybe), dontavious Jackson and the two long shots, Ben Davis and lyndell Wilson. Check them out and tell me who we should say no to for roach or Harris.

I know we are in the running for top names plus we have Thornton,Fowler,Anthony, I would add roach and harris for more depth if we have room. This yr should prove u can never have to much depth

1-2 WR toss up but you can guarantee we take atleast 1 more
1 OL
1 ATH (Devin White)
1 CB
1 safety (Deontay Anderson is the only one we are pushing for)
The next 4-6 spots depending on how many wr and if we land Anderson will be LB and DL.

Rashard Lawrence
Stephon Taylor and someone else we probably don't know much about now.

I'm not pushing for roach or harris but the only lb that most feel good about is Divinity. Lsu doesn't want to be grasping for straws on nsd

They have 2 already divinity will make 3. They will only take 1 or 2 more. They will get atleast 1 of the guys I listed.

I hope so if we can get some quality depth on the dline and lb and with godchaux and hopefully lacouture coming back we could have a very good defense next yr,but the young lb will have to be ready

The reality of the situation is that we'll need freshmen LB's to play early. Feist, Riley, Alexander, and Voorhies won't be enough.

Key is Beckwith. He is having a good year, not great year. My guess, he is realistically right now a 3-5th rd pick (unless he goes off at workouts). IF he comes back, he anchors our D and could be a 1st/2d rd pick. I guess is it worth it to him?
W/O him, we will need a JUCO or transfer. LB corps is terribly thin and no amount of FR will fix it next season. Really sad, b/c the D overall could be even better next season, but who is going to play LB?
