Because alleva decides what time the game gets played.

You should have capitalized the A in alleva.

meh.. be thankful for the opportunity? at least it's not 11am/12pm like originally intended.. it's a clear day.. and it's now fall.. the high is what 83? could be much worse.. could be flooded with more rain on the way.

You need to wait and see what the crowd REALLY is before bellyaching about it.

Some people need to give more than a few days notice if they want to take off work.

A loser's comment.

A leader doesn't bitch and whine about problems, Joe!
He fixes them.

Drop prices. Run promotions. Make it a cause.
If it's a problem, then solve it!

If you can't fix it, then at least just STFU!

Why is this such a big deal? People have plans. Not everyone can drop what they're doing and go to the game. And don't pull that "we need to show our support for South Carolina" crap, the gate goes to USCe not the flood victims. If you truly care you would take the $100-$200 you would spend going to the game and donated to a flood victim relief fund and watch the game on TV like you originally going to do.
I'm sure there is going to be around 50000 fans at the game. And if there's not there's not. Get over it. It's not like USCe was going to have that many fans at the game originally anyway.

I would say that selling almost 40,000 in 3 days is not too shabby. People plan fall activities around football, and this was an away weekend. Life got involved.

The tickets should be half the price that they are. The 2 schools are greedy for taking a disaster and trying to still make a ton of money in an emergency.

People schedule heavy fall activities during off weeks, especially non season ticket holders.

There are plenty of stadiums closer to SC, they wanted to come here to take in the money.

Plus, I think it's a factor, a bad marketing one, acting like we have to embrace them with love and basically walk hand in hand with Spurrier.

I'm going, but I looked into buying 5 tix for my brothers family from LC. Unless they were nose bleed or end zone, it would have cost another 500+

Just stupid on the pricing part when you are begging people to show.
