Why is anyone shocked by this comment? Do y'all think the receivers like stalk blocking?

If they dont they probably shouldnt have committed to LSU. If Les tells you as a HS receiver that we're going to air it out and you believe it, you shouldn't admit that in public. Fournette has busted his arse in 4 straight games and the WR's didnt show up Saturday, a logical person cant blame the coaches for letting LF7 put the game away by his damn self in the 3rd Qtr. If you want to be 2013 Jarvis Landry and have 77 catches then work as hard as he did, I know we wont throw it 30 times a game but when you get a chance to prove yourself against emu catch the fricking ball and look like you give a shite about the game.

Been hearing a lot in this thread and elsewhere about Odell Beckham dropping passes his sophomore year, and how he had to just work through it and be patient until he had an experienced qb to allow the passing game to take off.

Let's compare passing attempt through the first four games of Beckham's soph year with the first four games of Dupre's soph year:

Both teams were 4-0, both teams had played on the road at a SEC opponent and both teams had faced at least two quality opponents. However, 2012 did have 3 of the first 4 games at home.

2012 pass attempts in first four games:
26
19
23
27

2015 pass attempts in first four games:
14
17
16
14

Stalk blocking is a very important key to the running game.If you don't like to do it ,then maybe you need to try out for kicker .

1. Because NFL scouts GMs and HCs hear these things and take them into consideration on draft day. Go to Les in private so pro teams don't paint a character issue image of you in their minds.
2. Do they want to play on the NFL?
