Forest Acres, NE portion of the city near Ft. Jackson, inside the interstate loop. The creek below the dam runs down the east side of the city. The closest it gets to the stadium would be at I-77 Exit 5 (Bluff Rd.).

There is another dam in the same area that is in bad shape that may fail.

NBC Nightly News is actually broadcasting just outside my office right now. Freaky.

I'm guessing Darla Moore B-School is high and dry? I'm coming from Hilton Head for an all day Saturday class (thanks USC) if the roads are clear by then. Hoping for a class cancellation so I can use my tickets!
