I don't hate my job... I like it for the most part. But I am usually really tired all the time, even on my days off. I'm starting to think it may be more about the lack of good sleep... I know I snore a good bit... and wake up tired even after a long night of sleep...

I didn't think that would effect my energy and muscle gain as much as it seems to be doing, but I'm starting to think that it's part of the issue.

Obviously sleep and diet have a lot to do with your stamina but if you hate your job your energy will suck no matter what

do some light googling on circadian rhythm. you'll feel better if you wake up at the end of a sleep cycle. as far as snoring goes, check with your doctor and see if you should look at deviated septum surgery or a CPAP machine if it's bad enough. try to rule out the stuff that's not affecting you at first.
