I'm thinking they just threw in the car crash statistic for Iberville for effect. Didn't use it in their analysis. However, it definitely seems that percentage admitting to binge drinking was more heavily weighted than number of bars per capita, which is interesting when considering Orleans' and West Baton Rouge's rankings.
