I remember someone on here saying (in July) that it would be closed within a year it was so bad. Anyone know what Bergeron is going to do there? I have never been to his place on Jefferson at Gov’t - is it good?

Bergeron is going to move his catering and retail operations into the building. There will also be a banquet room and a place for people to sit down and eat. Here's a link to an Advocate article about this.

I've never eaten at his place on Jefferson, outside of having some free samples during one of the MidCity art hops. But I think he's pretty popular.

When I lived in BR 2 years ago I would go there 1-2x a week for lunch. It was very good. Hopefully it is still as good.
