Yes they moved up after the Auburn game. Usually they will not punish a team for a FBS loss too harshly, it is rare they moved up though.
Depending on the school some get more favorable votes, such as a CAA East Coast based team.

Southeastern dropped a ton after losing to FBS Ohio last week, yet moved up in the bye week.
