Debo Jones' "late hit" - the QB had faked running out of bounds multiple times in the game, it's not a penalty according to the letter of the law or the spirit.

Personal foul playing without a helmet - might be according to the letter of the law but it's a stupid law and shouldn't have been enforced.

That's 40 yards worth, or 1/3 of our penalty yardage right there. They also came at crucial points in the game and gave the orangemen chances to hang in there.

So that's a few calls that shouldn't have been called and changed the game.

Then there's just the actual stupid mistakes this team makes, which is 2/3 of our penalty yardage. So even with good refereeing we'd still be looking like fools.
