as for the undisciplined part I agree 100%. This however should not be a shock to LSU fans who have paid attentiion during Miles tenure. His 11 years have been fraught with this exact issue and it has cost LSU some games.

As for de-hairing the entire team I don't think that will fix it. This issue will stay with LSU until Miles is gone from the program. Nothing suggest we will see this stop no matter what.

What I would like shaved and removed is Ritters officiating crew from the SEC period. Has one crew been so terribly despised by every SEC team (Bama excluded)?

Getting rid of facial hair is actually smarter than thinking that the SEC Home Office sent Tom Ritter to Syracuse because Alabama lost and LSU had to pay for that.

This 'Miles tenure' undisciplined myth is pure BS.

Look up the stats and compare to other P5 and SEC teams. LSU will be right in the middle somewhere. But if there is a way to look up bad/stupid and completely uncalled for and lopsided officiating going against you LSU would be safely at the top of the list.

This. I was listening to the game in my car and as soon as I heard Ritter's voice I told my wife LSU was in trouble cause this crew is terrible.

I am not saying you are all wrong here, but can we see some Penalty YPG stats and rankings compared to other SEC foes from Miles' tenure for each year? This may just be a perspective thing.

ETA:

NVM it was on page 2

2005 - 99, 11-2
2006 - 69, 11-2
2007 - 97, 12-2 NC
2008 - 61, 8-5
2009 - 40, 9-4
2010 - 42, 11-2
2011 - 58, 13-1
2012 - 86, 10-3
2013 - 87, 10-3
2014 - 38, 8-5

Can we see this in SEC rankings? We use the same refs, so that would be the best water mark
