Apparently, this started yesterday afternoon (I didn't get home until late last night).

I've given her two Imodium's (6 hours apart - gave at midnight and 6 a.m. this morning) and have kept her hydrated. Her stomach is grumbling.

Food intake this morning will be special diet for gastrointestinal issues by Royal Canin.

She has pooped every hour since 10 a.m. last night. All liquid.

Anything else I should be doing?

Pepto is what I always gave my dog. Never used Immodium. Hope its drinking water to stay hydrated. Good luck.

Eta. Read right over where you said it is staying hydrated.

She's had another two bowel movements since I posted original message. Think it's time I bring her to the vet.

Rice and ground beef combo has always worked well for my dogs.

This happened last week with my cousin's dog. I took over dog sitting from their neighbors and the dogs were already sick and crapping anywhere. One of them got crap on its butt and started dragging its but around the entire fricking house. I was cleaning for 4-5 hours afterwards.

See how it goes over the weekend, and if she doesn't improve take her to the vet. You've given her Imodium and apparently it hasn't helped--that's odd. Maybe she has some stomach bacteria and it's attacking her intestines; that's one cause of colitis-type problems in humans.

Perfectly OK to give her a weigh-appropriate dosage of Imodium.

I see you've done this.

Vet ASAP.

Did you recently put a banana in your neighbor's tailpipe?

Happened to my man last week. Just limited his food intake, forgave him chicken broth ice cubes and rice.

Bet said as long as he was drinking water and not alarmingly lethargic that he'd be fine.

One of my mother in law's pugg did this so my father in law started wiping his arse after he shite. No wonder I've got a fleet of mother in laws - he's pussified. That fricking dog would live outside and would be digging my Mexican fence climbers out of his arse he drags it on my carpet.

Give her some cheese Will.

In case you don't know what a Mexican fence climber is.

Just take the food up and keep her hydrated. Vet is probably not necessary. Once everything is out of her system, rice and ground turkey for 3 days. Gradually work normal food back in.
