Shotgun 410 45 lc question...

I know I can shoot either out of a judge, but can my son shoot 45LC rat shot out of his 410 single shot? Looking for something with little recoil. Thanks

I'm pretty sure most 410's are choked full. Probably tighter than .45 caliber.
There are YouTube videos of two guys that try to blow up a single shot 410 with 45 and even 444 loads. They don't succeed but I sure wouldn't try it. 45 colt would PROBABLY not damage anything but open up the choke, but I wouldn't risk it. 444 is playing with fire if you ask me.
