Well I'm trying to watch football, but according to their app/website it's all live TV, and some of their shows on demand

If it's football you are looking for you are better off going to the sports streaming sites. It also depends on where you live - in Chicago I can livestream CBS on my computer and phone, in NOLA I can't.
