One time I walked past a service dog of a blind person. The dog was really interested in me when I walked by for some reason. I didn't even look at it.
The blind person said "Sir, please dont pet me dog."
What a bitch. Both of them.

When I bartended in Hell's Kitchen, there was a mean, old, blind, drunk with a service dog that was the sweetest yellow lab ever. Disabilities don't prevent people from being assholes.

I watched one of his other videos where he's at some 4-wheeler show. Bunch of like-minded people with him there.
During the video he lets people talk to the dog, one even reaching out to pet him, and doesn't say anything. Also, he tells someone that he trained the dog himself.
Basically, this guy is just looking for attention.
