Seems like a waste of balsamic...assuming we're talking real balsamico and not some supermarket grade brownish vinegar claiming balsamic ancestry.

But I like most anything mixed w/greek yogurt.

How is it a waste if the person eating it is enjoying it? Maybe you should get off your high horse every once in a while...
