Abstaining from voting because I see a thread title change in our future.
However, when asked if I ride in the front or back of an Uber when solo, I ride in the back. If I have a group of 2-3, I'll usually take the front. Getting in the front when alone almost feels like I'm violating their space as much as mine.

The only time I'd sit in the front seat is if I'm getting dropped off somewhere uber isn't supposed to go, like an airport they don't have rights to. At those you sit in the front seat so you look like friends.
