My plan is to release all state government workers (BR could at least be done first) who are able, to work from home. This will cut facility costs down and reduce traffic. By reducing traffic, maintenance costs on roads reduce. Workers become happier with their jobs and the good ones don't leave for private firms as often.

state workers working from home? how do you expect them to work from home when they don't work at their current office?
