did you mean cant?

for some reason I've heard WAFB/CBS has a weak signal in BR. Where I'm at I catch 2 CBS affiliates with the leaf. (Acadiana, not BR)

Yes, getting CBS OTA at LSU is usually pretty hard or impossible in my experience. All of the other locals come in fine.
