Yeah there's no way to really know which were called and which weren't. But the fact that Harris kept a few makes me think he had the option to keep on most of them. The formation and read action looked so similar though I'm assuming that was the approach. No way to be sure though.

Risher was saying that the reads weren't reads, but predetermined runs. Maybe he doesn't know what he's talking about, but he was a QB who played in college so I know he knows more than me.
