There was a zero tolerance rule for equipment tampering (cheating) in place. It called for a $25k fine and no suspension. I would imagine after all this egg on their face, the NFL will want to put a rule in place with more stringent penalties.

Easy to say now of course but Jonathan Kraft said they were going to put up the banner without Brady on the field
Also says they want the picks back as much as the fans do but don't plan on pursuing it.
