I was always 50/50 on that one (Byrd).

Back on Joe, I'm trying to find actual times/dates but I saw in 2012 they had to hold the IR player until tuesday after the final cuts in order for them to be eligible. So it's possible Joe will be out there until then. Trying to find out if it's different this year as I heard a couple of reporters say today they could do that.

Edit:
I am also on record saying that Joe will make the team. I've been saying that for a while because he is the only deep threat outside of Cooks and he proved he belongs in camp and preseason (despite the crazy people thinking that tipped ball leading to an int was enough to ignore everything else).
