I hadn't ate cereal in years but bought some last week to eat before work. It only takes about 3 hours at the most and I'm already hungry again totally useless.

Calorically something like Kashi Go Lean Crunch is enough for breakfast, but probably not enough to achieve satiety for most people.

The real head scratcher is that it's sold in restaurants.

I worked with a high level Admin in a GM division once. We became very good friends and one day he told me about his adolescent years. His family was very poor and he said that the first cereal he ever had was Kellogg's Corn Flakes and that he was 12 or 13 when he had his first bowl.

He said that he finished the bowl and decided that whatever he had to do, he would improve his life condition to the point where he could have cornflakes as often as he wanted them.

The guy was worth multiple millions of $$$$ (from investments). He could move a billion dollars of business influence with the stroke of a pen and said he still had cornflakes several times a week.

All because of Cornflakes (in his opinion). Its funny what motivates people.
