Tells me they spent money on something dumb. The people in the picture don't look anymore afraid than anyone else who sees a tiger in a cage at the zoo. Are you afraid of a caged tiger?

"More than 92,000 rabid LSU fans turn out for games in Baton Rouge, La., earning that building the nickname "Death Valley." Part of the intimidation is a live tiger mascot named Mike who is placed near the visiting team's entrance. The tradition dates back to 1936."
