It's on Alleva because there has been a hard push to get this man admitted for years. It should have been done years ago, but it wasn't. I believe Alleva had the ability to speed this process up, but didn't. A deserving athlete and his family shouldn't have to wait until he's 90 for this honor.

well, at least he's alive to see it!!! (and yes it should have happened 20 years ago)
