He sure looked good last year when LSU expanded the backfield. It doesn't surprise me that he beat out Paris and the freshman.

I remember the thread from last year's game vs Wisconsin asking posters what player(s) impressed the most. Most answered Thomas and Goudcahux IIRC. He was ballin' til he got hurt. Am not surprised at all if he won the competition.

It's easy to be critical of these guys when they get in trouble. Sometimes you have to take a step back and remember that they are still young college students.

We put these players on a pedestal because of what they represent to us. It's hard to imagine what it would be like to have your every action under the microscope.

It sounds like he has a good heart, has learned from his mistake, and is ready to fight for LSU.
