As others said, see it all but the two things that stood out most to me:
1. The section where they show the wartime propaganda posters and ads. Just blatant racist stuff that is interesting in light of todays culture. I.E. showing Japanese as apes and monkeys.
2. There is a personal diary of a battlefield doctor from D Day that has patient notes on the injuries, treatments and outcomes. Look for it and take the time to read the pages that it is open to.

Beyond all boundries & Boeing Center hanger stood out the most to me..
Thought the Road to Berlin was better than the original exhibit building.
