For the last few months, many blogs and web publications are baseless saying that a devastating asteroid will hit Earth and cause massive destruction next month, some time between Sept. 15 and 28, 2015.

Today I learned that there was a questionable threat to the Earth, then there wasn't.

I wonder what else I don't know that I didn't know that isn't true?

Great. So you're telling me there's a chance.

No reason to worry about things in life you have absolutely no control over.
I'd rather not know.

See, now I AM worried. When the government incites panic, I don't. When they say we're fine...then I have visions of Baghdad Bob.

I don't think they would announce it if anything were to hit earth. Since everyone is going out no sense in everyone being in a massive panic before the end. The whole "live each day as if it were the last" would be so ironic. Like if it were tonight, would how you lived today be satisfying..did you see those you care for and say what you needed to say and do what needed to be done?
